Esculli quines i en quin ordre vol exportar. Pot utilitzar qualsevol classificaci\u00f3 espanyola o internacional, com Uniformat, MasterFormat i Omniclass. Cada tipus porta associades les imatges que permeten identificar-lo visualment.\r\n<h3>Amidament d&#8217;elements<\/h3>\r\nAmb cada element s\u2019exporten les dimensions geom\u00e8triques que generen la quantitat. Esculli el criteri d\u2019amidament o dedueixi autom\u00e0ticament les quantitats d\u2019unitats d\u2019obra no presents al model, com l\u2019encofrat o els acabats, amb el potent sistema de transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019amidaments de Presto.\r\n<h3>Materials, capes i peces<\/h3>\r\nPodr\u00e0 mesurar els elements globalment o desglossar els que estan formats per materials, capes o peces, tot combinant a voluntat els dos amidaments.\r\n<h3>Desdoblar tipus en unitats d&#8217;obra<\/h3>\r\nEsculli els par\u00e0metres, els valors dels quals determinen les diferents variants, com el di\u00e0metre de las canonades.\r\n<h3>Tra\u00e7abilitat<\/h3>\r\nIdentifiqui cada element al model seleccionant-lo a Presto o a la inversa. Acolori els elements del model per fase de planificaci\u00f3 o certificaci\u00f3, per estat d\u2019aprovaci\u00f3, per espai o per qualsevol altra propietat del pressupost.\r\n<h3>Identificaci\u00f3<\/h3>\r\nA cada l\u00ednia d\u2019amidament obtindr\u00e0 el nivell, habitaci\u00f3, \u00e0rees i fase de construcci\u00f3 de l\u2019element que li correspon, aix\u00ed com la orientaci\u00f3 dels murs, el punt m\u00e9s proper de la reixeta, GUID, marca i coordenades espaials.\r\n<h3>Acabats<\/h3>\r\nEncara que no estiguin modelats expl\u00edcitament podr\u00e0 obtenir-los separats per materials als terres, sostres i murs, descomptant els forats als paraments interiors de cada habitaci\u00f3. O mitjan\u00e7ant pintures.\r\n<h3>Opcions de disseny<\/h3>\r\nSeparades per opcions i per variants, podr\u00e0 seleccionar-les alternativament a Presto per a realitzar totes les simulacions de cost que necessiti.\r\n<h3>I m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/h3>\r\n<ul><li>Habitacions i \u00e0rees, amb les seves superf\u00edcies \u00fatils, constru\u00efdes, per\u00edmetres i altres propietats.<\/li>\r\n<li>Llista d\u2019elements que  pertanyen a cada habitaci\u00f3 o \u00e0rea.<\/li>\r\n<li>Excavacions i reblerts.<\/li>\r\n<li>Forats i elements vinculats a cada element principal, com les fusteries de cada mur..<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h3>Par\u00e0metres<\/h3>\r\nAmb els valors de tots els par\u00e0metres i tipus, podr\u00e0 filtrar i ordenar per qualsevol d\u2019ells i imprimir-los\r\nselectivament al pressupost.\r\n<h3>Documentaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica i IFC<\/h3>\r\nAfegeixi al pressupost tots els pl\u00e0nols i vistes definides, o incl\u00fas un model IFC.\r\n<h3>Paquet per ofertar<\/h3>\r\nTota la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a valorar i ofertar el projecte es genera en un fitxer \u00fanic en format Presto que es pot exportar tamb\u00e9 a Excel, Primavera, Project i altres formats.\r\n<h3>Valoraci\u00f3<\/h3>\r\nSi el cost ja figura al model BIM, el pressupost s\u2019obt\u00e9 valorat. Per a valorar-lo posteriorment pot vincular a cada tipus la unitat d\u2019obra que li correspongui del seu banc de preus, des del mateix model o a Presto directament.
